Common Questions

How do I invite my partner?

Open the Partner tab and tap 'Share Invite Link'. Your partner installs Tether and taps the link to automatically connect your accounts.

How does the streak work?

Your streak increases by 1 each day that both you and your partner react to the daily card. If you miss a day, your streak resets. You get 1 free streak freeze per week (3/week on premium).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings tab in Tether → 'Manage Subscription'. You can also manage it through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the Settings tab → 'Restore Purchases'. If you previously subscribed with the same Apple ID, your subscription will be restored.

Can my partner and I share one subscription?

Yes — one subscription covers both partners. Only one person in the couple needs to subscribe.

I lost my streak unfairly. Can it be restored?

Email us at support@vertostudios.com with your account email and we'll review it.
